We may retain a limited record of your unsubscribe request to respect your preferences. We may still send non-promotional communications needed to fulfil your requests or manage an existing business relationship.

5. Cookies, analytics and external links
Our website uses Wix tools and Google Analytics to support website functionality and understand how visitors use our website.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Cookies and similar technologies may support essential website functions, remember preferences and collect information about website visits.

Google Analytics helps us understand which pages visitors view, how they reach our website and how they interact with its content. Further information about Google’s handling of information is available in its Privacy Policy.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular technology, we obtain that consent before using it.

Our website currently links to our LinkedIn page without using the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Before introducing advertising trackers, we will update this policy to explain their use and provide any required notices and consent choices. When you follow a link to LinkedIn or another external website, that service’s privacy policy applies to its handling of your information.

6. When we share information
We may share relevant personal information with providers that help us operate our website and fulfil your requests, including:

  • Wix, for website hosting, forms, customer relationship management and email communications.

  • Google, for website analytics.

  • Authorised website administrators and IT support providers.

  • Couriers and delivery providers when you request samples.

  • Professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary and permitted or required by law.

We limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and take reasonable steps to require appropriate protection.

7. Storage and overseas processing
Our Sydney team manages website enquiries and contact records using Wix CRM. Although our team manages this information in Australia, Wix and Google operate international infrastructure. Information handled through these services may therefore be stored or processed outside Australia.

Wix identifies potential storage locations including the United States, Ireland, Israel, South Korea and Taiwan. Its service providers may also process information in other countries. Further details are available in Wix’s data storage information and its list of service providers.

Google also processes information internationally, including in the United States, as described in its Privacy Policy.
Where overseas disclosures occur, we take reasonable steps required by applicable Australian privacy law to protect your information, including considering recipients’ privacy and security arrangements and applicable contractual protections.

8. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include restricting access to authorised people and using appropriate security measures within our business systems.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We investigate suspected data breaches and notify affected individuals and regulators where required by law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil requests, manage relevant business relationships, respect subscription preferences and meet legal obligations. Enquiry and sample records may be retained for necessary follow-up and business record. Subscription details are retained while you remain subscribed, subject to periodic review. Limited consent and unsubscribe records may be kept to demonstrate compliance and respect your preferences.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it, subject to any legal retention requirements.

9. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date by emailing hello@anho.co.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will only request information reasonably
necessary for this purpose.

We respond within a reasonable period and aim to respond within 30 days. There is no charge to make an access or correction request. If we cannot provide access or make a requested correction, we will explain why, where lawful, and outline available complaint options.

You may also ask us to delete information we no longer need. We will consider your request in light of applicable legal requirements and any legitimate need to retain relevant records.

10. Privacy complaints
If you have a concern about our handling of your personal information, please email hello@anho.co, explaining the issue and your preferred resolution. We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate the circumstances and aim to provide a response within 30
